Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Is there a canned report that produces a list of all active employees? If not, please provide guidance on how to create a custom report and how it can be used by other users.

    RE: Active Employee List

You can also print the Employee List report from standard GP employee list report window (Reports-->Payroll-->Employee List) with unmarking the "Include Inactive Employees" option.

    Hope this helps!!!

    RE: Active Employee List

    1. Go to SmartList (MS Dynamics GP -->Smartlist)

    2.  Then go to Employees under the payroll.

    3. Double click the employee and click columns to add the column "Inactive".

    4. Set restriction as "Inactive" equal to "No" from the search window.

    5. Click ok to print the reports.

    Hope this helps!!!
