SmartView report not in SmartList

I got a bit of weird situation with a SmartView report that does not appear in SmartList and I am not able to modify the SmartView to find out what the data source is. I have gone through the security settings in SmartList Builder and SmartView in the Dynamics GP menu, I have refreshed the SmartList cache, refreshed lists and checked list items. I have logged in as sa to see if it made any difference (it didn't), trawled the available SmartList views for something to point me in the right direction (nothing here either) and it's getting rather frustrating not to know where the data is coming from.

I think the SmartView run off the back of the Customers SmartList view but, as mentioned above, I am unable to see the data source.

Does anyone know how I can:

a) modify the Aged Trial Balance SmartView report

b) find out what the data source is of the report

c) add the Aged Trial Balance report to SmartList
