cant use cached credential while previewing SSRS report

Hi All ,

With plugin registration tool, i'm able tologin into plugins, however when i preview report, i get popup mesage

"CANT USE CACHED CREDENTIALS TO LOGIN INTO MS DYNAMICS 365, YOU MAY HAVE INSUFFICIENT PREVILIGES TO SIGN IN"

and some time it disappear and route me to microsoft login and when i enter my ms dynamics credentials username, it says, my account does not exist(which is not true, because i 'm able to login with that credentials in my dynamics instance whith admin roles)

Please help on this, i have latest sdk version 9 also .

I tried fidlelr, however , i could not found tool menu in that as suggested in some articles .

    Hello,

    I believe you use 8.2 version of FetchXml Authoring tool and this causes issues with authentication. There are 2 ways to solve your issue:

    1. You can uninstall 8.2 version and install the latest instead. Here is the url you can use - www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    2. Check my post on how to use Fiddler - butenko.pro/.../ and if you experience any issues - post it here and I will try to help you.

    Hi Andrew , I tried you solution and installed fiddler, however, in fiddler , i had only two menu, file and help, i could not find tool menu any where, is there something wrong m i doing.

    Can you please post a screenshot of the fiddler and provide the url you used to download it?

    That is the wrong tool so that's why you don't have right buttons. Here is the right download url - www.telerik.com/.../fiddler

    If it worked for me and doesn't work for you - you're doing something wrong. Please provide step by step screenshots with explanation what you do and I will try to help you.

    Hi Butenko and Shahzeb,

    that fiddler trick is no longer working with online reports. Additionally, report preview is also not working for online reports. Below are the steps that I use to follow to work on reports.

    -> To verify data, use Advanced Find or FetchXML builder in XRM Toolbox

    -> To verify report, save all the changes, rebuild the report project

    -> deploy the report in CRM and test

    Above process steps are a bit slow but somehow they give us some way forward if report is working fine.
