what are the application for a proper integration between microsoft rms and any crm

Hi Frederic.
It will obviously depend on the CRM You want to use. I would definitly recommend Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as both of the products are from the same manufacturer - Microsoft.
Additional advantage can be a Microsoft Dynamics Connector, which you can get free if you are on BREP with CRM. Out of the box there is a versions of this product that will integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft ERP's (like AX or NAV), but not RMS. you will need some Dynamics Partner to change and adapt this connector to work integrate with RMS (which is possible and you need a RMS Partner with skills for CRM and RMS).
Also, I know there are some RMS partners who have done "connectors" for RMS, but not sure if they cover Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Try MPOS from Germany and nChannel (https://www.nchannel.com/) from US, but I'm not completly sure to be honest.

Right now we dont use any CRM , we want to the easiest and cheapest integration as possible , does RMS integrate with ms CRM out of the box ?

No, there is no out-of-box integration with any CRM with the product (there are some RMS <> ERP integrations, but not 100% integration), so no integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM also.
Well, to be honest completly, the cheepest integration will depend on many factors, like who is doing the integration, with what CRM product, what technology, etc., etc.,..., so you better do some good investigation on exactly what options you have, what products are out there, what you want to do with them.... I'm not saying it's going to be too expensive, but still ... If You want to use CRM for marketing purposes, there are other free pdoructs You can use (again not integrated with RMS), if you want to use it for customer loyalty (points, levels...) You may want to look at some of the existing 3rd party RMS add-ons (like Retail Hero for example), etc...

We are starting to hire reseller and would like to provide them a tool to help them track task / reminder(calendar), event but also relate them to the appropriate customer or lead(purchase history) etc..
