Searching contacts within a segment

Hello,

I’m trying to find a specific contact within our segments. Aside from exporting the segment and searching in Excel, is there an out‑of‑the‑box way to search for an individual contact within segments? I don’t currently see this option in the UI.

Additionally, is there an out‑of‑the‑box feature that allows you to view which segments a contact belongs to, or would this require custom development?

    Hello @NGSD,
     
    There is no direct way to see a contact part of which segments. It seems segments are not designed yet to show this information using out of box.
     
    You can achieve by building some custom functionality. 
     
    1) Create custom entity 
     
     
    • Create new Entity
    • Add relationships for contactid and segmentid between existing Entities (Contact, Segment) and new Entity. 
    • Add fields in new Entity for those I'd like to display on form (You can add additional fields)
    • Set up Power Automate:
    • When a segment is created, find all contact records affiliated with that segment with fetch XML.
    • Once the contact records and segment records are located, create a new record in the new Entity that populates with the data from those records.
    • Once the above steps are working, add the captured information to the Contact form as a relative table lookup.
     
    2) Creating custom page & power automate to show lists & members - Follow below link to see how you can do that
