75I have added a new option to the global optionset 'Bookable Resource Characteristic Type' named 'Clearances' with a Value of '451300001'.
After I create the Characteristic and assign it to a resource, the Name of the 'Bookable Resource Characteristic' usually concatenates the name of the characteristictype and the characteristic name. This works for the OOB options (Certification & Skill) within the optionset, but with the new option, it uses the Value number instead of the name. See pic:
Certification is OOB, but my new option named 'Clearances' is not resolving and using the value '451300001'.
There are 2 plugins that I can disable to prevent this, but then the name remains blank, so I would prefer not to do this.
Does anyone know why the new optionset option will not resolve properly?
