Where can we download excel list of Dynamics CRM 2011 out of box indexes for Rollup 8?
I have found this site but the excel list contain index for Rollup 18. Please see link below.

alternatively you could set up a clean CRM machine with UR8 deployed and compare indexes with your current system.

Unfortunately the UR8 is already applied.
We are planning for an upgrade from CRM 2011 to the latest version.
One of the task is to identify the Custom Index created, sadly the custom index is not documented.
Is their a way to know the custom index and OOB indexes created in UR8 CRM 2011?

the only official documentation that includes your link as well as other information about this topic can be found here:

To find out the difference of new indices created would be to run the provided script on that page and compare it will the result of the same script done after applying UR8.
