No communication received from the fasttrack after completing onboarding in LCS

We are in processes of implementing D365 F&SCM at our company, after purchasing minimum licences for D365 finance & SCM we have completed a project onboarding activity in LCS. Now it's almost 4 weeks not heard anything back from FastTrack team, as per general guidance I was expecting an email from ond365@microsoft.com about my onboarding.

Can someone guide me how do I reach to ond365@microsoft.com for my newly completed onboarding task in LCS?
