I am trying to evaluate automation tools to automate MS Dynamics CRM Test Cases like creation of a Case, Cancelling a Case etc.

Which is the best automation tool available to automate MS Dynamics CRM

    I personally would not recommend EasyRepro. It is not updated very frequently so it's not working for latest release waves (2021,2022)

    What about Selenium? Can we use Selenium = Java to automate MS Dynamics CRM?
