View to display multiple level hierarchy

We are setting up User hierarchy in Dynamics 365. We will have a Director that has multiple managers, each of whom will have several operators. We have set up the correct user hierarchy in Hierarchy Settings. When creating a view for Contacts, I can find all records under the Manager (by selecting the "Assigned To" Manager). However, I can't determine how to see all records for users that are "under" the director. I have been able to create a view to hardcode for "Director X", but I would hope I don't have to create a view for each Director that will want to see a dashboard. 

These records are not "Owned" by a user, but are assigned using a "User Lookup" field. Is there an advanced find that can find all contact records for users that are in the Director's Org hierarchy?

    Hello,

    Have you tried using the Org Charts to organize your Contacts in a hierarchy instead ?

    docs.microsoft.com/.../live-org-chart

    While that looks like a good feature, this would allow me to set up the hierarchy within an account. What I was hoping for was a way to see all accounts associated with a specific user hierarchy.

    In the end, we decided to change our processes and are beginning to use the "Owner" of the record to view/set up user hierarchy. Prior, all accounts/contacts were set to a generic owner, but we are realizing there are some benefits to having accounts/contacts owned by specific users.
