I have a question: is there any function in AX 2012, which can check, if the costs are posted without tax on some account and gives an error or info-message in this case?
e.g. if we make posting on some Project or travel expense category and forget to check the tax, I would get a message about that(before I post).
I have found a field "validate sales tax" in GL-->Main account setup and tested it with the option "to be filled in". But I still can post on this account without choosing an item salex tax group.
