MS CRM for Outlook 2015 - Incompatible!

Hi,

I am having an issue while I try to review the synchronization settings within CRM for Outlook.

The software versions are the next:

  • OS: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 (64 bit) - Spanish
  • MS Dynamics CRM 2015 (7.0.1.129) (DB 7.0.0.3027) - Spanish
  • MS Dynamics CRM 2015 for MS Office Outlook (7.1.0001.3113)
  • MS Outlook 2013 (15.0.4569.1503) 64 bit - Spanish

I am receiving this error:

Why I am receiving this error? Any idea about it?

    Hi Alberto,

    please check also .NET Framework. Install 4.5.2 for more information check following links,

    Does anyone know what is the correct version of the Outlook Client for MS Dynamics CRM 2015 (7.0.1.129) (DB 7.0.0.3027)?

    Hi everyone,

    The issue has been solved! It was to Install the Update 0.2 into the CRM Server.
