access on fields in crm365

I want to know how can we give access to special persons or roles in different part of an entity to fill their own fields in different parts of an workflow . I used field security profile but when I save and refresh its possible to changed a filed that is not allow to be change by my role!

Are the specific users different roles? Can you use multiple forms with access via security role?

Also, you say you can access the fields, are you a system admin? If so you will have access, you would want to check the users not in the profile to verify.

yes i am admin but i test it with another role who has not the access of change, and yes the user has different roles .

isnt it possible with one entity?

i solved it. we have to give entity ownership to user or team to be able to assign entity to a person
