Hi Experts,
I have a developed a form where I am having a grid of data including the user id who has created the record. I need to provide access to multiple users on the same form where some users (accountant) should see the form with records created by him only and some other users (Finance Manager) should see the form with all records. what is the best way to achieve this and how ?

Such kind of filtering can be implemented via extensible data security (XDS).
Agree with Martin Drab here. You can create an XDS policy for users who need limited access, apply that policy to a role and assign that role to users who would like to see limited access. For rest it can be business as usual.
