Purchase Requisition Subtotal in no equal to total of line items

Hi,

On of our clients is facing an occurring issue when initiating a purchasing requisition that subtotal is equal to total of line items amounts. Anyone has faced this issue before?

currently we are changing the subtotal in the database manually to solved this as we have tried running check links but nothing changed.

    Somaya,

    I can't say I have seen this in Purchasing however I have seen it many times in SOP. This view (victoriayudin.com/.../sql-view-to-verify-unposted-sop-transaction-totals-in-dynamics-gp) is designed to verify the subtotals in SOP work against the sum of the lines in SOP Line Work. With a little bit of adaptation I believe it could be used to perform the same function in POP. You could also take it a step farther and create a SQL job that checks and corrects the subtotals however I would be reluctant to implement this without extensive testing and possibly reaching out to MS Dynamics support.
