Deploy Dynamics 365 is not showing after establishing the trust between LCS and Azure

Good morning Dears ,

I created the Azure Account and LCS myself. I am the only admin. I already establish the trust between the Azure account and LCS Account with the certificate. But I don’t know why the option for Dynamics 365 deployment is not there. And why I cannot find the Option to activate  (ARM) .

As per this article ,

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/dev-itpro/deployment/arm-onboarding

1.     On the Project settings page, on the Azure connectors tab, in the Organization list group, click Authorize to start the ARM Contributor workflow. This workflow sets up permissions for the DSU, so that it can deploy to your subscription on your behalf.

2.     On the Grant admin consent page, click Authorize. Then sign in by using the administrator account of the Azure subscription that you must connect to, and click Accept. The authorization is now shown as completed.

When I open the project settings it does not contain Organization list at all .

It should appear with organization list at the very top

Your LCS project is an AX2012 project, not D365FFO. You can't deploy D365FFO environments from this project.

To create a D365FFO project in LCS, you must use such AAD account, that is linked to an O365 tenant, which has D365FFO licenses assigned to it.

I assume that your Azure subscription is created by using a Microsoft account, and when the subscription was created, an AAD tenant hathootLIVE@onmicrosoft.com was created. Now you want to connect this Azure subscription to another AAD tenant (O365 account), where your D365 licenses are.

Googling "link azure to office 365" will lead you to this documentation : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/active-directory-how-subscriptions-associated-directory

After this your Azure subscription will use the AAD of your O365 subscription for identity management, instead of current hathootLIVE@onmicrosof.com directory. But the MS account that owns the Azure subscription will still stay as the owner of the subscription.

What account are you using when logging in to LCS? You should use an account that is an administrator in the O365 tenant, when creating your LCS project (at least the first one I think), and when performing the admin concent workflow. I recommend doing this in a private browsing window, to avoid accidental login of your Microsoft account during the process.

I suggest you try the following process using your O365 account:

    1) In O365 admin portal, go to Admin -> Dynamics 365 for Operations admin center. This should redirect you to LCS

    2) Now you can create a D365FFO project

    3) In that project, perform the admin concent workflow as instructed in this article: docs.microsoft.com/.../arm-onboarding

I hope this is the last time I annoy you Nikolas , thank you very much

I believe there is something wrong with user privilege over O365 . I cannot find anything like  "Dynamics 365 for Operations admin center " in the admin Page .

See this screenshot to locate the admin center. If you don't see it, we're back in square one: To create a D365FFO project in LCS, you must use such AAD account, that is linked to an O365 tenant, which has D365FFO licenses assigned to it.

If you don't have the licenses, you have to start by obtaining them. Of course this requires that you are a Dynamics customer or partner of Microsoft.

That is not the right one, that's the CRM admin portal.

The "AX" admin portal (LCS) is called "Dynamics 365 for Operations admin portal", not "Dynamics 365 admin portal". If you don't see Dynamics 365 for Operations admin portal, you don't have the licenses. In my previous mail I described how to get the trial licenses if you are a customer or partner.
