How is the speed when used globally

Our company is looking to implement Dynamics HR. we are a global company with HR departments spread from Sydney to London.

I understand that it is only possible to have a single instance of Dynamics HR and you have to choose a Microsoft data centre to house you global instance.

The latency figures, of course due to sheer distance, indicate that the usability will be severely hampered for people in certain areas of the globe.

Anyone on here using the system from Australia with the instance housed in Europe or US?

yes have completed this. the latency shows it will be an issue if it is housed in Europe. I was wondering if people are using it and it is OK.

also wondering if there a geolocation options
