What could be causing this exception?

Exception Message: An error occurred while validating input parameters: Microsoft.OData.ODataException: An undeclared property 'undefined' which only has property annotations in the payload but no property value was found in the payload. Hello,

This exception is likely caused by an issue with the input parameters being passed to the API endpoint. The error message states that an undeclared property 'undefined' was found in the payload and that this property does not have a value. This means that the API is expecting a specific property to be included in the payload but it is not present.

This could be caused by a number of things, such as a missing or incorrect parameter in the API call, or an issue with the data being passed in the payload. It's also possible that the API endpoint is expecting a specific format for the input parameters and the data being passed does not match that format.

One possible solution would be to check the API documentation and ensure that the input parameters being passed are correct and match the expected format. You can also try to check the payload and ensure that all the properties that the API is expecting are present and have a value.

It's also important to ensure that the payload is properly formatted, for example the status column should be properly formatted as per the API requirements.

If the issue persists, I would recommend that you check the logs for more information about the exception and the exact input parameters that were passed to the API at the time of the error. This may provide more insight into what is causing the exception.

Well there in lies the problem.

there are no scripts or anything being ran when the Save button is clicked.  whatever is happening happens when crm is doing its thing when clicked.
