Hi guys,
I have issues set regarding emails to a case using dynamics365 app.
Firstly, when I track email and search for a case, it doesn't find the case. I can search all other entities but not case. although I can see few cases in Recently used records but not all.
Secondly, I can also not see Case Entity when I click on NEW so I cannot create cases either from Dynamics 365 App.
The steps I have done so far
- Case entity is searchable for quick create
- Case entity is enabled for set regarding
- Case entity is enabled for quick create and is also enabled for mobile
Can someone help please?
