Ribbon customization lost after closing client

Dear all,

A user of a customer is encountering an issue when customizing the ribbon, in this case of the customer card.

The user wiped out the whole ribbon and created just one tab with one group with a few actions inside, that worked well.

But once this adjustment has been saved once, no more further persistent changes are possible.

The extended text action in that case is added in that case:

The page can be closed and reopened and the customization stays. But as soon as the Dynamics client is getting closed, the customization is lost and the previous version is restored.

Has anyone ever had a similar problem that the customization was not saved? Is anyone aware of the constellation in which this happens, so that I can inform the user?

    I've experienced this only with one specific user until now.

    Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the behavior. That's why I can't check if it would happen to another user.

    For this one user who has the problem, I have already deleted the personalization for the page several times from table 2000000075. This helps, but after a short time the problem is there again.

    Is this happening only with a specific user or for all users?
