Dear all,
A user of a customer is encountering an issue when customizing the ribbon, in this case of the customer card.
The user wiped out the whole ribbon and created just one tab with one group with a few actions inside, that worked well.
But once this adjustment has been saved once, no more further persistent changes are possible.
The extended text action in that case is added in that case:
The page can be closed and reopened and the customization stays. But as soon as the Dynamics client is getting closed, the customization is lost and the previous version is restored.
Has anyone ever had a similar problem that the customization was not saved? Is anyone aware of the constellation in which this happens, so that I can inform the user?
