Can AX do a drop shipment to our customers' clients?

Hi,
We have a warehouse full of stuff and some customers who don't but can acquire clients. Is it possible that we ship directly (dropshipment) to the clients and invoice to the customer?

Hi,

As I understand you are here the vendor that does direct delivery.

You have two options:

1. Open a sales order for your client and add a different address for the end client.

2. Have a separate customer account for each of your end client. Open a sales order for the end client, but change the "invoice account" on the sales order to the client who you will invoice for the goods.

Click the Sales order -> New -> Direct delivery button.

What AX means by direct delivery is the case where you want your vendor to delivery something directly to your customers.

It seems to me that you merely need to set delivery address to client's address.

yes There is an option for Direct Ship:

For this you need to define Direct-ship Vendors
