Can't Activate an Account

Hi,

I'm Using CRM 13 on Premise and there's a problem trying activate an Account, the error message is the next one:

The specified user is either disabled or is not a member of any business unit

I searched some info about this problem and found that this could be caused by the Run in user's context of an specific plugin that gets triggered when the Account state change. The Run in user's context of this plugin is Disabled but this doesn't affect to others Accounts, I mean, this specific Account is the only one having this problem, I don't know if maybe there's a related record that has an owner disabled or not member of a specific business unit.

Any ideas to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

check the owner of the record , if the record owners is not active you may see this error message. Try to assign that account to yourself and then try to activate it.

Tried all the suggestions and didn't work, I think it could be a related record, still searching for an answer

Found the solution to this problem, it was on Cases, there were 2 cases that were Active and owned by a Disabled User.

    Hi CRM User

Go to Settings --> Security --> User

And check the Parent Business Unit of that user and go through the security roles of that user.
