Hello together,

i am not able to delete the older "onlin-events". Every event with the field "Want to stream this event? yes" could not be delete by me. I am using a admin-user and already tried different things like set to inactive first.

How can i delete these events?

I have a few events because of some testing with our employees and want to keep the system clean.

Looking forward to you help

Thanks

Mario

    Hi Mario,

Have you tried to stop them first before you delete them?

    Is there any error message?

Hi, i am not sure what do you mean by "stop" because there is no button to stop an event. But yes, these events are not live, if this also is the answer to your question?

"We could not delete the selected events." - Thats all!

So i am sorry that i cant provide more informationen. But every event is a teams-event. The rest of the events were able to delete.

    Hi,

Have you tried to switch them into a non-Teams event and then delete them?

Yes i also tried that, but there is still the same issue with no informationen how to fix this.

What could be a possible way to solve this?

    Best regards

Hi, i think if you first delete the Event check-ins then Event registratons, you should be then able to delete the old event. This has been the only way i can clean up old events in the system.

Please give it a try and let me know if this works for you!

    Hi,

thanks for you help. But unfortunately, the events are even just tests, with no check-ins and no registrations.

    Any other idea?

    Thanks
