EPOS POS Printer not working

Hi All,

I have bought a new POS machine set which is of EPOS brand.

Installed OPOS driver for printer and drawer using below ADK.

GP OPOS ADK

My printer passes the check health in this opos ADK, but navision does not print.

I am able to select the OPOS driver in Hardware profile, and when I open the NAV LS Retail POS, it DO NOT show any error messages. And, NAV 'Open Drawer' function in POS works perfect, but receipt does not get printed. It shows 'Printing OPOS' in the POS after the transaction, but no progress after that. Then the Microsoft error message that not responding.

Any body know solutoin?.

    best you remove all pos related software and reinstall it.

    does standard printing work correctly ?

    Hi Jonathan,

    "GP OPOS ADK " no hope. So I am trying to print through windows driver.

    I have selected windows driver in the POS Hardware Configuration, and now the printer prints the POS receipt.

    But, it gets printed in two pages, because does not match the width. Below is image.

    Is there option in the NAV 2013 R2 to change the FONT or FONT SIZE ?

    Is there any option in NAV 2013 R2 to change POS receipt's text 'Font' and 'size' in "Windows printing" (Not OPOS) ?
