Dynamics Outlook App Error Message when Switching Environments

I de-activated my mailbox from Live environment and then added to a Sandbox to test out ACT functionalities. Also because I know you can only have connection to one environment at a time.
However, when I try opening the Outlook app it gives me this error on the top header when using Sandbox (only 1 connection active). Everything shows Yes Yes Yes and the ACT seems to work for Appointments only (due to testing I have left Contacts and Tasks off for Sandbox).
 
How can I fix this? I'm trying to record the process for closing appointments using the Dynamics/Outlook app.
