Can CRM OOTB send bulk email with attachment from

Send Direct Email?
Campaign?
Quick Campaign?

Currently we using Outlook365 copy bulk email addresses into BCC, then track back to CRM.

I have the same question (0)

Hi ,

Yes you can send bulk email with attachment from Campaigns , You can enable Sales Insights -> Email Engagements in CRM 365 , which will allow you to keep track of email , read receipts , Attachment downloads , clicked Links in the emails ... Etc.

Sales Insights -> Email Engagements in CRM 365, is this OOBT function for Dynamic 365? require any special licences?

Hi partner,

Yes, we can send bulk email with attachment in these 3 ways.

When create the email template, we can add the attachments on it.

It is at the bottom of the email body, and you need to stretch the browser window to see it.

Then when you would Send Direct Email or Quick Campaign, you must select the email template, you need to select the one with the attachments and send it, then recipients will receive the attachments.

Yes its OOB features and part of CRM Sales , i dont think you need any special licence for this.

From a Campaign or Quick Campaign, write your Email (or paste in your HTML) and then add an attachment before sending OR

Use a template in the Quick Campaign or Campaign
