Hi Vignesh,
Data Import Export Framework can create Excel files, but not a zip file including package details like Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. So, to have a kind of package like solution as in Dynamics 365, you would need a customization.
You also asked a similar question for Dynamics 365. Can you explain the business requirement and purpose?

So regarding the Private method, you can't, I don't think it will be possible in the future.
If the private method can be extended, then the meaning of "private" is lost.
