I created an specific role for my salespersons team, my problem is they can access to all the orders, and I want to limited it only each sales person can access your own quotes and orders.

It requires some setup and maintenance but it fills your need:
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
