Operation on table 'Me_Void_Checks' failed accessing SQL data

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

My accounting user gets this when they void a check.  Everything datawise looks correct though.  Why is this popping up.  Sometime ago we had installed but never configured/used EFT for Receivables and accounting users would occassionally get error messages about tables starting with 'ME' but this component was removed months ago.

The message just appeared in the past week and a half, we had close to 9 months where we got no such errors with these kind of table references.

When the module was installed, the tables and stored procedures were built.  When you "removed" the module, you are actually just disabling the module.  The tables and stored procedures are still there.  Try to re-activate the module and at least build the setup table and basic configurations.  Then disable it again.
