How to transfer a Tier environment from one subscription to another (in CSP)?

Hi,

We are a CSP Direct partner. For a customer of ours we want to switch their licenses from D365 Unified Operations to D365 Finance.

However, underlying the D365 Unified Operations are underlying sandbox (Tier) environments. Does anyone know if we can transfer those environments from one subscription to another and how (in CSP)?
