I'm trying to create a sql view to display error messages created as part of a payroll check build/calculate. As part of the build process if an error exists a hexidecimal value is placed into the error column (in this case BLDCHWRG, within UPR10203), the equivalant binary/integer is stored in the Dynamics..Messages table but I have not had much success in converting the hexidecimal to binary to retrieve the message from the Dynamics..Messages table.

The standard gp report has almost all the values on the report generated from a string field which is somehow calculated (I haven't been able to decipher the stored procedure that is being called to accomplish this either).

Any ideas?
