    Hi Pawel,

Ik tried by looking the fullname but i got this errror. I was looking for a formula that i put the current id and the new id so it can convert old user id with the new one

    .

    Error:

Error in calling Operation Query (Lookup Block): Operation failed. Label: Lookup systemuser, Name: systemuserLookup2, Message: The following error has occurred in the Dynamics CRM Connector: Unable to format the data

    Hi,

What exactly have you done? You should use primary field for mapping SystemUsers to online

You have to be more specific, what you did, what was the error, maybe some screenshots. I migrated dozens of systems from On-Premise to Online (by using Kingswaysoft not Scribe but all these tools work quite similar) and I always used FullName for mapping because I did not have repeating FullNames (but it could be any other column).

By no success you mean to got some error? Or what exactly went wrong? No users were migrated to online?

I don't have a lot of experience with Scribe, but can't you do something like a lookup table. Somewhere where you store the old id next to the new id and have scribe lookup the new value based on the old value?

Or maybe you can put in some logic based on the email address or username?
