This keeps happening over and over and closes outlook.

Outlook 2010 Windows 7 64 bit and CRM 2011 rollup 12

    Try to start outlook with >run>outlook /cleanviews.

    How many systems are effected by this?

    is this happening for multiple systems?

    From when you are facing this issue ?

    is this a new install or an upgrade ?

    Got the EXACT same error message on a client, Windows 7 64-bit, 32-bit Office 2010 SP2, CRM 2011 RU12 and it follows the user if he/she move to a new computer. Had same problem with Office 2007 SP3 also.

    Just tried: outlook /cleanviews on the machine and will wait tomorrow if that helps, but other than that any news on this?

    can contribute with that "outlook.exe /cleanviews" does not seem to help in this, issue is the same.

    We have the same issue here just with one user, does Microsoft have an answer?????

    I've an issue whereby outlook just puts the crm add-in into an inactive state.  No errors
