Dynamics 365 App for Tablets My Activities

I have the dynamics 365 app for tablets installed on my tablet connected to D365 Version 1710 (9.1.0.288) online. When I view a records related activities the default appears to be a calendar control instead of a grid. The strange thing is that the default is actually Grid in the custom control area of the related View below. How can i ensure the default is Grid and not calendar
