Printing end of month Receivable Statements using originating transaction currency

We have a customer who routinely issues invoices in Canadian dollars to a select group of customers. We now have those invoices directed to a special  template for emailing to the customer. Now the client also wants to print out the monthly statements for the same customer group in Canadian dollars.  The reports that have been located print the reports in Translated US$ rather than in originating currency.   Any suggestions please?

Thanks ML Suggs

There may be "originating" currency fields that need to be pulled onto the report or settings for the fields.  I haven't had to do a MC statement myself, but it must be possible.

    Heather,

I tried this on my sample data but it is not printing as desired. I will contact the client and try with them on their data instead.  Will update you again.

    Thanks,

There is a multi-currency statement format.  I am not sure if that can be set up to e-mail in the Word templates.

On the Print Statements screen, use the dropdown for "Form" to choose one of the Multi-currency formats.  Don't worry about modifying at the outset - does that give you the numbers you need?

    Cheers

    Heather
