Issue with bank statement lines while importing bank statement from online bank

Hi everyone,

BC is connected with online Bank, and until recently, importing bank statements was working fine. However, recently noticed an issue when we import a bank statement, not all transaction lines are being pulled into Business Central.
For example, if there are 5 transactions on a particular date in the statement, Business Central only fetches 2 or 3 of them. The rest are missing. This issue seems to have started recently we didn’t face it before.
Has anyone else encountered this?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you importing the bank statement using:

    1. The built-in "Bank Feeds" / "Online Bank Connection" feature (which uses an API integration provided by Microsoft or a partner)?

    2. Manually uploading a file (e.g., a .CSV, .XML, or .QBO file) generated from your bank's portal?

    3. A third-party extension/add-on that handles the bank integration?

    4.

The method of integration significantly changes the potential causes and solutions for missing lines.

It looks like a custom feature or a Bank Statement defined by a partner. I suggest you contact your partner to resolve the issue. Mybe the bank's template has changed.
Standard features only support Yodlee Bank Feeds.
    More details:
Set up the Envestnet Yodlee bank feeds service

PS: Dynamics 365 Business Central: Add more custom processing when importing Bank Statement (Bank Export/Import Setup) – Customization

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
