Unable to initialize Commerce Scheduler

My Initialize Commerce Scheduler failed and I'm not sure why it's happening. See below screenshot for reference.

    It seems that you have a custom CDX Job ATOParameters which includes tables without recid in it.   To enable CDX to track changes and propagate them to the channel databases you'll need to include the table's RecId field in the CDX Definition.

    In which environment does this error report? Have you tried to use the event viewer to track down the error message?
