New functionality of Dynamics CRM missing after upgrade to Dynamics CRM 2015

We recentely started to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We noticed that after the upgrade to CRM 2015, several new features are not working as advertised (for example we don't see the new navigation menu bar). Looking at the version number 7.0.1.128 / DB 7.0.1.128, I started to wonder if we have an on-premises version of Dynamics CRM.  This is a bit strange because we don't run CRM on our server.  Is there someone who can reflect on this? Thank you in advance.

RE: New functionality of Dynamics CRM missing after upgrade to Dynamics CRM 2015

    Hi Guido,

Thank you for your response and the clarification about the new menu.

With respect to the on-premises installation:

The URL that we have is https://<our-company-name>.crm4.dynamics.com.

I got confused by this article:

    blogs.msdn.com/.../new-naming-conventions-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-updates.aspx

It suggests that CRM2015, update 0.1 (and version number 7.0.1.xxxx. is linked to "on-premises" installation. But maybe i interprete the table incorrectly.
