Need to find out what version we have and how to find out the cozyroc version

Have not really used CozyRoc, but based on other connection managers, I would say that would be in the CRM Connection Manager of CozyRoc.
Open the Connection Manager, and there is probably a More Info or About Tab in there which should specify a version number.
If you can't get the version number from there, go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features, and in the list of Programs look for your CozyRoc application. In the Version column, take a look at the CozyRoc version number.
