We have a new sales person starting. When I try to set a security role to the user, I get Insufficient Permissions error. Any idea why and how to resolve this?

    Hello JShrestha,

I hope you are well and safe.

Essentially, this kind of error happens when your current user has security roles which provide less enough privileges to assign another role.

My suggestion would be that your user has system admin security role.

If you have concerning about system admin role, you can use the Administrative user account concept.
