Human Resources Accrual Schedule

I'm trying to setup an accrual schedule for our company. We get 0 days the first year of service, 10 days after 1 year, etc. Also our vacation expires at the end of calendar year. I've yet to find the magic formula to make this work. My best guess was to setup an accrual for year of service , accrue by Interval (365 days per interval, though not sure how leap year would work out), and number of hours to 40.

Could someone point me in the right direction on this?

You are on the right track.  The system is intelligent enough to know that 365 should be 366 on a leap year.

Gotta mention an easier way to setup and administer this type of accrual :-)
