Client wants to get their registration keys and download service packs. Now that CustomerSource has been terminated is there any way for them to do that?

Thanks Rosemary, any idea who they can contact when their credentials do not work?
Sorry Richard, can't recall having an issue with the MS licenses, but I would check with the partner if there are any issues. There was a third party and they just gave us another, contacted them directly.
I have opened a sales support request on their behalf asking sales operations to send an email with links to them to get credentials reset.
When I logged on and requested the registration keys be emailed to me there would be an auto reply, see below.
For Customers, please follow these instruction:
Customer should logon to CustomerSource using URL dynamics.microsoft.com/.../ to download Dynamics product code.
Note: Customer should have access to CustomerSource to download Dynamics product code.
Your client still needs access to CustomerSource, but Support would be able to advise.
