Hello,

when I try to reject a PTO request I get the error in the title. I checked for menu item permissions and gave all the permissions I could

find to that user, however still, I get the error. What could be the problem here? How can I point to the exact permission required to run this?

Here is a list of the duties that  I have added already to the role

    Hi Vseykov,

What do you mean with the abbreviation PTO? If this is related to a workflow, check which menu items are used on the workflow type in the AOT. Then check if all action and document menu items related to this workflow are part of the security role via duties/privileges.

PTO is Paid time off request from the emloyees. I followed the workflow and it turned out that the employee did not have permission to see the rejected request in the Enterprise portal and so the workflow was stopping there and throwing an error. thanks for your directions!
