How Add Second Level or Tertiary level items into Word Template

Hi all,
 
I donwload a word template but I cant find the option for add information of a second level entity in the word template. Is there any native option? 
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Second level entity? 
    1.Did you select the corresponding relationship when you downloaded the empty template?
    2.If related entity is child for current entity, you need set content control fields to repeat
