Linking to a CRM record from its equivalent record in the portal

Is it possible, when listing accounts or when viewing an individual account record in the portal, to include a link to that record in Dynamics 365? We're using the portal for simple account interaction, but sometimes you just need to be in Dynamics to do everything, so if the portal can product a dynamically populated clickable URL to go from the Portal direct to that record in CRM, that would be great. Is this possible?
