I have a strange issue, where the work order template under service tab are displaying /Record Is Unavailable/ for iPhone 14 or iPhone X , but seems to work on iPhone SE. This occurs in online and offline mode.
I am using the latest Field Services Mobile App downloaded from AppStore.
Other changes we did recently was to modify the work order templates. (Even a new booking with this new template shows the same error).
This may seem like a compatibility issue or a bug.
However, it is difficult to determine what the problem is based on known information alone.
