Ship & Invoice Function - To Actually Send the Invoice

Hello,

Is there a way please that by clicking 'ship and invoice' function from the sales order, that the invoice can automatically go to the customer, assuming the document layout and email address is populated on the customer card? At present, we have to go into them all manually and then select 'Email'?

Ideally we would like for the CC field to always be populated with the same person's email address whoever the client is (a person who works in our accounts department) and also a standard wording in the body of the email such as 'Please find attached invoice, any queries please email xxx' for example.

If there is a way to do this and it be more automated that would be fantastic.

The feature already exists just not on a batch basis. Note the “Post and Send” button - screen grab from the phone app. So certainly available in the web client:

How can we add a CC email in the document layouts in customers,

I want to add one of our sales rep email in cc for all customers.

Hello,

As Josh states, if you click Post and Send you are prompted to confirm the email addresses and can add a CC: at that time.

Hi, You can also do small customization, after the posting is completed, call the program that automatically sends emails.
