Hoping anyone can help on this. We use to have a customisation that worked perfectly. It generated out new prices in a price worksheet or directly into a sales price list. It did this for multiple customer groups and different date ranges. Suddenly we are getting this mandatory Duplicate Price Lines modal window when we Implement Prices on price worksheet or try and Verify Lines on the Sales Price list. This indicates that almost all the records are duplicates - but they aren't. Standard window doesn't even show what it duplicates - you have to dig into the data using the Page Inspection tool. But we are sure that these aren't duplicates.
Firstly this functionality is terrible in UX. Secondly it appears to have bugs. How do we turn this off?
