    Thanks Freddie! I really appreciate it! There's a little information provided to me, so, I can't really confirm what we'll be using right now. But they told me that they will be using IP Office 500?

    I'm really clueless, specially on the Avaya part, if there will be an external application which I'll be integrating with, etc.

    WOW! really?! that would be awesome if I can keep in touch with you! this forum and some blogs is my only source of knowledge with regards to USD :( I don't have anyone to reach out to directly :'(

    No problem at all Marjorie!

    Do you know if it’s AACC or AES? Also do you have the two integrated for a simple screen population of the record calling in?

    It seemes like Avaya may be providing a custom solution from what you have provided in your post/comments, also I’ve seen a few posts regarding USD customizations I’ve been working in our environment as well and would love to talk on any issues you may be having!

    Actually, we are going to use Avaya for the telephony Integration. I'm currently clueless of what Avaya is providing to us for the development. :(

    Hi Marjorie, there are a number of things to consider when looking at CTI integration with USD. For starters are you looking for a cloud telephony provider like Skype4Business or Amazon Connect or a more traditional on-prem system like Cisco/Avaya? Do you wish to have PBX/ACD or hunt groups?

    Depending on your requirements you could go a number of ways. Im happy to connect and help in any way I can. Also if you are looking to integrate the telephony system in USD/Dynamics 365 AMC Technology provides integration with both cloud and on-prem telephony and has been providing this since 1995.
