How to limit the dropdown of role(to) in stakeholders subgrid lead entity?

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement.I need to limit the dropdown list of role(to).How can i do that?I tried going to business management and connection roles by unchecking the some connection roles but still am able to see them?How can i reduce?What happens if i delete

some roles which i dont want?

Hi Sanjay

You can change role category to others, then you should not see them, instead of deleting them.
